Salam Alaikum dear sisters, 🌸
hope you all are feeling well.
Jazakalah khair to all sisters who are contributing to this space and helping us grow as a community.❤️
I understand that some sisters have chosen to move on from this group. To them, I send peace and love.🕊️Everyone is on their own journey, and we all grow in our own time. As Allah SWT says, no soul awakens except by His will. Their soul time may not be now, but InshaAllah, they will find tranquility and guidance elsewhere. Let’s part with prayers and kindness in our hearts. 💕🤲🏻
💖 Today is Day 8 of our Emotional Detox Plan — the theme is: Gratitude
Gratitude is more than simply saying Alhamdulillah, it is a powerful energy, a form of worship, and a tool for healing. Even if your heart is heavy, even if du’a feels distant… start with gratitude. Say at least one thing you are thankful for and something shifts inside you.
Why Gratitude Is High Frequency?
🔬 Science shows that gratitude boosts feel-good brain chemicals (like dopamine & serotonin), lowers stress (cortisol), and builds emotional strength.
🕌 Islam teaches:
“If you are grateful, I will surely increase you.”
— Qur’an, Surah Ibrahim (14:7)
Gratitude (shukr) brings peace, contentment, and closeness to Allah SWT.
💡 The idea of emotional frequency comes from Dr. David Hawkins. His scale was originally based on kinesiology (muscle testing), controversial but influential. Many modern holistic practitioners adapted his scale into simplified visuals like I shared.
So gratitude is healing - spiritually and scientifically. ❤️🩹
Gratitude aligns our energy, lifts our vibration, and brings light into our spiritual bodies.
We are not just physical beings we are spiritual beings carrying and transferring energy. And today, we top up that energy with gratitude.
✨ Your Task for Today:
📝 List 5 things you are truly grateful for.
Write one sentence for each to explain why.
If you don’t want to write name it loud and clear.
💬 Speak about gratitude with your children. Share it with your spouse. Reflect on it in your sujood. And word Alhamdulillah say with a new power.🌸
Gratitude can renew your heart when your prayers feel distant.
Time to time we all feeling lazy and low to pray. Just sit on a prayer mat and start naming what you are grateful for. Soul will align and you’ll feel better InshAllah.
🌷 Remember: You are seen and supported. And Allah SWT knows what lies in your heart. *Gratitude is your prayer, and you therapy, and your light.*❤️
The most powerful tools, the deepest healing, and the greatest guidance are already within us.
And they are very simple.
*Thank you to all the sisters in this group who have chosen themselves and are growing together.*❤️🌸
*May Allah SWT bless you, protect you, and guide you to everything that brings peace to your soul.*❤️🤲🏻
