Salam Alaikum dear sisters,🌸
I hope you’re all feeling well today, grounded, open, and connected to your hearts.
I also hope you had the courage and space to sit with yesterday’s task. But if you didn’t, please don’t catch up. That alone says something powerful about you and where you are right now. Yesterday is gone. Let it go.
This journey isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence.
Even if you’re tempted to go back, pause and ask yourself:
“What am I afraid of missing right now? What didn’t allow me to do it yesterday? ”
As I said from the beginning: you can choose your tasks, but don’t chase them.
Choose presence. Choose now.
And those who are doing day by day will benefit the most. InshaAllah

“What if it’s not everything I dreamed it would be?”
“It will be.”
“And what if it is?”
“Well, that’s the good part, I guess. You get to go find a new dream.”

Today is Day 7 of our Emotional Detox Plan:
🌸 Permission to Dream
You don’t need to know how your dreams will happen.
You don’t need a perfect plan.
You just need to say yes to your heart again.
Let today be the day you *give yourself permission to dream*-
big or small, simple or wild, near or far…
Fully, and without apology.
✨ Your Task: “Write Your All Dreams & Wishes”
Find a quiet moment.
Take your notebook and write down your all dreams and wishes.
Use these prompts if you need help opening the door:
• 🌿 I dream of…
• 💫 I have the courage to…
• 🕊 I love…
• 🌸 I like…
A palliative care nurse once shared that the greatest regrets people have at the end of their lives are not the things they did but the things they never dared to do.
She wrote a beautiful book about it called:
📖 “The Top Five Regrets of the Dying” by Bronnie Ware.
One of the most common regrets she heard was:
“I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.”
So don’t hold back. This is not a to-do list. This is your soul remembering who she is.
At the bottom of your page, write this:
*“Now that I’ve found my dreams, I will follow it and when they become true, I give myself permission to dream again InshAllah. ”*🌸
Remember: Dreaming is not foolish it is feminine power,
it’s the energy of intention, belief, and creation.
You can have anything.
Allah (SWT) hears you and accepts your duas.
You can manifest it, you just need to believe, feel, and clarify what’s already within. And pray.🤲🏻
So take your notebook.
Feel it. ➡️Think it. ➡️Write it.
“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”
— Eleanor Roosevelt (First Lady of the United States (1933–1945))
So Wish a WISH TODAY. It’s never better to do it than now.
With dua, open hands, and an open heart.
AND I’m adding Qur’anic Wisdom for Dreaming🌱
“Your Lord says, ‘Call upon Me; I will respond to you.’”
(Surah Ghafir, 40:60)
”And that man shall have *nothing but what he strives for,*and that his striving shall soon be seen.”*
(Surah An-Najm, 53:39–40)
Your dreams are heard and efforts are seen and your future is unfolding, beautifully.❤️
*Have a beutiful day full of dreams and blessings.*☀️
