Salam Alaikum sisters.🌸
How are you feeling today?
Welcome to all the sisters who recently joined the group. ❤️
While I recently shared a message about betrayal in our couples group (I know not all of you have joined it yet), this one is just for you, dear sisters.
*My intention is to strengthen you from the inside out*—so that no matter what you’re facing, whether in marriage, with children, within yourself or with others, you have the inner strength to respond with wisdom, dignity, and deep self-worth.
Self-worth is one of the biggest struggles many women face today.
It’s not because they aren’t valuable—it’s because they’ve been made to forget it.
Every day, we look in the mirror and judge ourselves…
We step outside and feel judged by others…
We achieve something and wait for praise…
We fall short or have a bad day, and we tear ourselves down.
And when we carry low self-worth inside, others begin to reflect that energy right back at us.
We often think of self-worth as just confidence—or how others see us.
But true self-worth doesn’t live in the mirror. It lives in the body.
It shows up as tension, tiredness, heaviness, back pain, and emotional fatigue—
because our body carries what the heart hasn’t been able to say.
When our worth is wounded, it becomes physical.
Unspoken words. Swallowed anger. Hidden shame. All stored inside us.
The very parts of us meant to carry us—our spine, legs, hips—now ache under the weight of emotional silence.
*You apologise for your feelings*—or worse, you hold them inside, thinking they’re too much, too sensitive, or too inconvenient.
But every time you bury an emotion to make others comfortable, a part of you goes unheard.
And over time, that silence becomes tension. That tension becomes pain.
That’s not peace—it’s self-abandonment in disguise.
Low self-worth literally pulls us downward. (And if you really pay attention, you’ll often notice it in people on the street.) Slouched shoulders. Bent head. Quiet voice.
But that’s not really you—that’s the inner child who still believes she doesn’t deserve love or space.
And it will be visible in your relationship.
When woman forget her worth, start settling, silence her needs. Apologise for the feelings.
And betray herself just to keep peace.
Or, opposite, she may start shouting, snapping, or reacting loudly… not because she’s “too much,” but because deep down, she feels not enough.
Both are signs of the same wound: feeling unworthy.
And healing begins the moment you remembers who you truly are.
So today, I invite you:
✅*Don’t just check your reflection—check your posture*.
✅*Is your spine upright? Are your steps light or heavy?*
✅*Can you move without guilt, speak without fear, and believe without doubt?*
By the way even your wallet and what you are having in life holds clues to your self-worth.
Because self-worth reflects in how we allow abundance—or block it.
Money is not just currency—it’s energy.
And when you believe you’re worthy, you stop chasing lack and start welcoming enough.
So how do we need to raise self-confidence?
✅ *By reconnecting to our true identity*—not through others’ eyes, but through Allah’s mercy and our own self-awareness.
*You don’t need to become worthy - you just need to remember it.*‼️
✅*By unlearning the old lies*—that we have to be perfect or pleasing to deserve love.
✅*By keeping small promises to ourselves*—proving that we can trust our own word.
✅ By surrounding ourselves with spaces and people that remind us of our strength, not our flaws.
Wishing each of you the strength to reconnect with your own self-worth— not the version others gave you, but the truth that’s always lived within you.
*May Allah SWT guide you to see your value, stand tall in it, and never let it be defined by anyone else.*🤲🏻❤️
