Salam Alaikum sisters.🌸Hope you are feeling well today.

Welcome all sisters who recently joined this group.❤️

Do you know negative people? Or people who continuously thinking negative? Are you one of them?

Many times, when speaking with women, I hear the same concern: “I have so many thoughts, and they are overwhelming me.”

And let’s be honest—when we feel overwhelmed, it’s rarely because we have too many joyful and happy thoughts. It’s the negative, anxious, or repetitive thoughts that weigh us down the most.

So today about: NEGATIVE THOUGHTS

*Many times a day check your thoughts*—where they come from and what their intention is. Not all thoughts belong to us. *Some are like viruses*—harmful influences that can weaken us, drain our energy, and even destroy our sense of self.

Our thoughts must have a bright and positive nature. Anything else is a product of darkness, meant to control, drain, and deceive us. Thoughts can act like a mental virus, so we must constantly observe ourselves.

If you find yourself frequently thinking negatively and feel like you can’t stop—*this is a warning sign.* It means you are emotionally unwell, and this can be dangerous.

Try to notice where these negative thoughts are coming from. Are they linked to certain people? Do they appear after interacting with someone? Some thoughts act like energy vampires, draining your vitality.

So how to brake the cycle of negative thoughts?

Realising that negative thoughts are a waste of time and energy is only the first step. The second step is learning how to stop them.

✅*Convert Negative Emotions* – The moment you feel pulled into negativity, immediately replace those thoughts and emotions with their positive opposite. You can see good in everything, be concious.Learning to think positively can be one of the hardest but most rewarding challenges in personal growth.

✅*Use Distraction Techniques* – Just as we distract a child who wants something they can’t have, redirect your attention away from negativity. It can be absolutely everything. And the best is activity.

✅*Practice Awareness* – Continuous negative thinking can become a habit, even an addiction. Over time, people may start to feel strangely satisfied by negativity, and when they don’t get a chance to think negatively, they feel restless.

Such people eventually see everything in a negative light and become a danger to themselves first and the most.

✅*Shock Therapy* – If you catch yourself in a spiral of negative thoughts, do something surprising—clap your hands, sing loudly, or take a sudden deep breath. This “reset” action helps to break the cycle.
‼️However, doing this in public might make you seem a little unusual!😬

✅*Avoid Chaos, Seek Silence* – Only in silence can you truly hear yourself and find answers.

Right now, the world is intentionally filled with noise and distractions to keep people from thinking clearly.
And silence became a luxury.

Wishing everyone to start spending at least 10 minutes a day in silence, simply observing your thoughts. No distractions, no judgment—*just awareness*. Watch them come and go, without attachment. This small daily practice can bring clarity, peace, and a deeper connection to yourself. Give yourself this time—you deserve it.

Wishing everyone peace. ❤️
