Salam Alaikum sisters. 🌸Hope you are doing better and better InshaAllah.

Today wanted to share about breast pathology from psychosomatics side.

It's sad to write about sad topics, but these diagnoses (breast cysts, fibroadenomas, cancer etc.) are a reality of many women's lives.
Metaphorically, they are associated with nutrition, the expression of femininity, motherhood (with the desire to protect everyone so that everyone will feel well).

These women have a higher risk of breast pathology from a psychosomatic point of view:
📍women who are extremely attached to their children, hyper caring mothers;
📍women for whom the man becomes an additional child (jumps around, feeds, solves his problems, tries to please him so that he will feel comfortable, sacrificing her essential needs);
📍women who experience "domestic" conflicts (fear of being kicked out, losing their place of residence, division of family property during divorce);
📍fibroadenoma often is provoked by internal episodes of endless anxiety and arguments/scandals at home, related to children/mother or partner/husband (who is like a child).
It is a constant worries for the well-being of children, mother, spouse, home.

P.S.: all these elements must be accompanied by internal tension, dissatisfaction, anger.

Women itself are often super responsible-mothers/wives and certainly not all of them are at risk of oncology, even if they facing with the situations listed above.

❗️Note that serious diagnoses will always hide dramatic, unexpected and isolated (from other eyes) experiences.❗️

Confirmed oncological diagnosis is already a red signal that a woman needs solutions and changes here and now.

I want to urge you to turn to yourself and your needs as much as possible, protect not only those around you, but also yourself 😘

And also regularly check you breast. The best time to do a monthly breast self-exam is about 3 to 5 days after your period starts. Do it at the same time every month.

Wishing everyone good health, peace and harmony inside and around you❤️
