Salam Alaikum sisters. 🌸How are you feeling today?
Today short REMINDER ABOUT BOUNDARIES.
I know information repeating, but it’s a most important and the most hardest thing for the parents. To draw and to stick to the boundaries themselves.
Any growing child misbehaves, but what to do if the behavior repeats and your words not helping child to stop?
DRAW CLEAR BOUNDARIES.
Children will test these boundaries and limits. They will try to go around, to push and break. But you have to commit yourself to keep that limit very clearly and consistently. It’s YOURS RESPONSIBILITY. Every child who has reached a firm boundary will understand that that boundary is immovable, it is not worth wasting time with that boundary, do as the parents teach and then move to test another boundary. 😊
Children without boundaries feeling insecure. If parents allow their kids to have control in their home, the balance of power shifts toward the child, and this is harmful to both parents and kids relation.
That’s why it’s very important to do your homework. Sit, think what rules and boundaries should be in your household and stick with them yourself. Make sure your spouse is same opinion, so communicate. Don’t forget to reevaluate boundaries after some time as kids growing. Help children to follow and show example yourself.
Instead of repeating NO to everything teach your kids what is allowed to do and create safe and secure environment for them to grow and explore.

P.S. And sharing few ideas how you can engage with kids.
When I saw this video first, I immediately noticed minimalism in the environment.😊
So if you are feeling tired of household chores and not having time for kids and yourself, and feeling tired of everything you are definitely having too many: items, clothes, children stuff ect., too many responsibilities, too many distractions, unnecessary contacts ect.
