Salam Alaikum, dear sisters.🌸
How are you feeling today?
Today just R.E.M.I.N.D.E.R.
It’s again Friday.
A sacred day. A pause. A breath between the rush of life and the pull of the weekend.
But let’s be honest — for many of us, it still begins with a list, a rush, a quiet pressure in the chest. Coffee, children, responsibilities, emotions we push down to keep going.
And somewhere between sunrise and school runs, we forget something precious: ourselves.
One sister recently said to me — and kindly allowed me to share with the group:
“I can clearly see that the days are slipping by one after another, all the same, without any joy or pleasure—just tasks and responsibilities. And my energy and motivation to handle them? Zero. Or less than that…”
And she’s not the only one.
Most mornings, we drag ourselves to the mirror and stare at a woman we barely recognise:
Eyes tired. Shoulders heavy. A soul on autopilot.
Then the little footsteps come down the stairs, and the day begins again — but our needs? They quietly disappear.
Why does it feel this way?
Because we’ve been taught to survive — to be strong, productive, self-sufficient.
We’ve learned to hold it all together.
But we’ve forgotten how to be women.
We’ve forgotten how to live with softness.
How to move with grace, receive with presence, love with lightness.
We know how to get things done.
But we’ve lost the art of simply being. Being nourished. Being still. Being whole.
And when we suppress our feminine energy, it doesn’t just disappear — it turns inward and becomes exhaustion, numbness, and silent sadness.
But hear this truth, dear sisters:
Feminine energy isn’t weakness.
It’s wisdom, magnetism, and strength in its most intuitive, radiant form.
And when we reconnect to it — we come back to life.
You don’t need to break down to rebuild.
You don’t need to wait for permission or a crisis to come home to yourself.
You don’t need to earn your rest, your beauty, your breath.
You are already enough.❤️
*You are already worthy.*❤️
So today, let this Friday be sacred not only in your prayer
but in your self-reflection.
In your breath.
In your gentle return to yourself.
*Start by pausing.*‼️
Even for just 10 minutes a day.
Not to scroll. Not to plan.
But to just be with yourself.
Feel your breath.
Feel your body.
Feel what you’ve been ignoring.
Ask yourself honestly:
✅*What do I need—not just to survive today, but to feel more like a woman again?*
✅*Do I need to rest?*
✅*Do I need to cry?*
✅*Do I need to dream again?*
Then listen. Really listen.
Because your inner voice has been whispering all along, you just need the stillness to hear it.
You’re not broken.
You’re just tired.
And that means it’s time to receive, not just give.
So let’s take one quiet step back to ourselves today.
Let this be your reminder:
You’re worth coming home to.
One breath at a time.
One soft moment at a time.
You were never meant to carry it all alone.
And if you’re feeling guilty for choosing yourself,
for pausing, for doing “nothing”—or even if the thought of it feels terrifying or even if you don’t know anymore how to reconnect with yourself…you are always welcome to message me.
You don’t have to walk this alone.
I’m here for you whenever you’re ready.❤️🌸
