We for You | Daily Reflection | *by Maryam* ❤️
Salam Alaikum dear Brothers and Sisters, I hope you are feeling well today.
Warm welcome those who recently joined this group.
Today I would like to share something important for awareness.
I just want everyone to be aware that in these times, negative thoughts are increasing for many people - thoughts of hopelessness, thoughts of separation, and for some, even dangerous thoughts of harming themselves.
With rising stress, the rates of divorces, emotional breakdowns, and deep sadness are also increasing - especially at this time of the year.
If you are having these kinds of thoughts, please know they are a sign that you need support, *not something to carry alone. Reach out to someone you trust, and seek immediate help from a professional or crisis service in your country if you are in danger.*‼️
When our minds are exhausted, stressed, or filled with negativity, it becomes very hard to see anything clearly.
Nothing feels right, everything feels heavy, and even small problems start to look huge.
If you are having negative thoughts, thoughts of separation, or feel like everything is suddenly falling apart, please don’t act on emotions alone.
Emotions are real, but they are not always truthful.
They rise and fall like waves.
✅First, take a step back.
✅Clear your mind.
✅Let the storm inside settle.
Only with clarity, calmness, and a refreshed heart can you truly understand what is happening and what direction is best for you, your spouse, and your family. TAKE YOUR TIME- it can be days, or weeks and even month. It’s very individual.
Dear sisters and brothers,
give yourselves the gift of a quiet moment before making any major decision.
If you feel you need to talk to someone -whether you are a brother or a sister -you can book a session with us here:

Asking ChatGPT can be helpful to a certain point, but remember: ChatGPT is an algorithm, not a human being. It cannot replace real support, real talk, connection, or personal guidance .
And don’t forget -*Allah SWT sees your struggle, every tear, every moment of confusion, and every silent prayer in your heart.*
These tests are not to break you, but to bring you closer to Him.
When you feel lost and start doubting everything, remember: doubt opens the door for Shaytan’s whispers.
In those moments, look at the facts, calm your mind, and listen to your true intuition -*not fear*.
Give each situation 70 excuses when doubts arise before assuming the worst, and then draw healthy boundaries.
At the same time, be honest about real facts: physical, emotional, financial abuse, serious negligence, or betrayal -these cannot be ignored or tolerated. They require proper support, protection, and guidance. But even then, there is always a solution , and you don’t have to face it alone.
I personally see that setting personal boundaries is one of the hardest things for people, because it requires self-respect, clarity in their values, and emotional strength - but it is also one of the most important steps toward inner peace.
And a simple exercise for everyone:
Sometimes the thoughts that enter our minds are our own fears, and sometimes they are waswasa - whispers from Shaytan.
How can you tell the difference?
1. When a thought is negative, heavy, or pushes you toward anger or hopelessness, pause and ask:
Is this reality?
Is this truly me?
Or is this a whisper trying to make me react?
2. After recognising the thought as negative, replace it with something more truthful and positive.
Examples:
❌ “He/she doesn’t love me.”
✅ “Let me calm down before assuming anything.”
❌ “I’m failing.”
✅ “I’m trying, and Allah sees my effort.”
Remember, when one negative thought comes, the second and third usually follow. Soon everything can feel darker than it truly is.
So be mindful and cautious. ‼️
Notice the thought, pause, and gently replace it with a positive, grounded one.
All people deserve to live peacefully -both within their homes and within themselves.
Wishing everyone inner growth, peace, and happiness in your hearts and in your homes. 🌿 🤲🏻
