We for You | Daily Reflection | *by Maryam* ❤️
Salam Alaikum dear sisters,
How are you feeling today? 🌸
Today, I want to text you about something very close to every woman’s heart, the energy we carry within us and how it shapes the way our husbands respond to us.
So many sisters today are struggling in their relationships , not because they are bad women, or because their husbands are bad men, but because the relationship has fallen into the wrong pattern, and the energies between the spouses have shifted.
At the beginning, there may have been love, tenderness, and understanding.
But over time, emotional roles often reverse -the woman begins to carry the weight, lead, and fix everything, while the man slowly steps back, loses motivation, and disconnects.
This shift drains both hearts: she becomes tired and resentful, and he becomes distant and passive.
✨ We women are extremely powerful inside.
A woman’s presence can awaken or weaken a man’s spirit.
We can destroy ourselves and the man beside us or we can create unbelievable things.
When a woman is calm, trusting, and connected to her feminine heart, she awakens the best in her husband. Her peace inspires him to lead with love. Her gentleness makes him want to protect.
Her respect strengthens his confidence.
Allah SWT reminds us of this divine balance:
“And among His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates, that you may find tranquility in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy.”
(Surah Ar-Rum 30:21)
When that tranquility is broken, it’s often because the natural balance between giving and receiving, leading and trusting, has been lost.
How to restore the right energy and balance between husband and wife takes awareness and steps of change.
*When you understand WHY, you begin to know HOW.*🌸
✨ Today, I’m inviting each of you to pause and find your own answer to that “why.”
But first, you need to know yourself more and to look within with honesty and compassion.
And for those who are not married yet, these reflections are just as important. You can reflect upon them to understand yourself better, to prepare your heart and energy for the kind of relationship you wish to build one day, InshaAllah. 💫
Here are few gentle questions to guide your reflection:
🌷 What kind of energy do I bring into my home -peaceful or heavy?
🌷 Do I try to control everything, or do I allow space for others to take responsibility and lead?
🌷 Have I lost touch with my softness, joy, and feminine calm?
🌷 What parts of me need healing, rest, or more trust in Allah SWT ?
🌷 What would it look like to return to my true self the woman I was before I became so tired or guarded?
Take your time with these questions, my dear sisters, whether you are married or not. Sit with them, breathe, and let your heart speak. Write it down.
Because before doing any changes, we must first to know and understand ourselves more.
Wishing you peace and tranquility.❤️
