Salam Alaikum dear Brothers and Sisters, I hope you are doing well, InshaAllah.

Today I want to share how is important to understand
Women’s Natural Cycles —
something that can bring more love, more patience, and deeper real connection between spouses.

Often men say:

“I can’t understand what she wants!”

Believe me, dear Brothers —
we women ourselves often do not know exactly what we want!

Some days, we want everything at once.
Other days, we want nothing at all.
This is not confusion —
this is the natural rhythm Allah (SWT) created inside us.

We are like the ocean —
sometimes peaceful and calm, sometimes full of waves.🌊

Today, I held a session about Women’s Cycles and their Connection to the Moon.
And I truly believe: this knowledge should be known by all brothers and sisters.

When a woman is irritated, tired, or sensitive —
it is not because she is “bad” or “emotional without reason.”

It’s because her body, heart, and soul are moving through their natural cycle.

During PMS (the days before menstruation):
• Her energy is naturally declining.
• Her inner world is calling her to rest.
• Her body is preparing to renew itself.

Yet many women were raised hearing:

“You just have to do it .”
“*Be strong* like every day.”

But the truth is:

She is not weak. She is moving with her cycle.

☀️ Men recharge their physical energy every 24 hours.

🌙*Women recharge their full energy once a month.*

*We are not created to live at the same speed every day.*❗️

💔Forcing it causes pain, sadness, and inner pressure.

Advice to Sisters:

If you feel tired, irritated, restless it is not failure.
It is your body asking for love.
Rest. Slow down.
Follow your natural circadian rhythms. Flow with the rhythm of nature.

Advice to Brothers:

When you see your wife, sister, mother, or daughter tired or emotional —

• Do not demand more from her.
• Do not rush her.
• Do not expect her to be the same every day.

Before you judge her or demand, ask yourself honestly:

• Is she really always lazy?
• Or is she simply moving through her natural energy cycles?
• Does she usually take care of the home, the family, the meals, the children — even when no one notices?
Feel her.
See her.
Ask her how she is feeling EACH DAY— with real care.

Sometimes what you see as “laziness” is really exhaustion, emotional overload, or natural energy decline.

She is not lazy — she is human, cycling through Allah’s natural design.❗️

Instead: offer understanding, patience, silent support.

*And Important Note:*‼️

*This is not an excuse for true laziness, nor for wasting life in addictions (like phones, TV, or neglecting duties)*—
neither for men, nor for women.

We must all strive for balance, sincerity, and responsibility with the energy Allah gives us.

It is truly hard for men to live with us women 😬 ( I totally understand all man)—
but if we learn about each other and ourselves with sincerity,
we will understand the complexity-
and become more attentive, more empathetic, and more loving.

*May Allah (SWT) guide us all to respect the sacred rhythms He placed inside us.*🤲🏻
Ameen.
