Salam Alaikum dear Brothers and Sisters, I hope you’re all doing well.

Today about ”EYESIGHT”.

Sometimes we fall into the habit of comparing:
“Others do this, but you don’t.”
“Why can’t you be more like him or her?”

Whether it’s about our children or our spouses, we start measuring them against others or against a version of them we imagined.

But here’s the truth:
A person cannot be like someone else they are different.

When we start comparing, we no longer see the real person in front of us, not our child, not our husband or wife.
We only see an illusion in our own mind:
An ideal they “should” live up to.
But they never agreed to be that version.

Often it’s women comparing their husbands to other men, or men comparing their wives to someone else’s wife, someone who seems more successful, more kind, more supportive.

But your husband isn’t someone else.
Your wife isn’t someone else.
Your children aren’t other children.

They won’t act like others, achieve like others, or live like others and that’s okay. That’s human.

So *dear sisters*…
Let’s stop trying to shape husband and children into our expectations and start embracing who they really are.

And *dear brothers*…
Let’s stop comparing and start truly seeing the heart, the effort, and the uniqueness of the person in front of us.

✅ Practical Step:

Today, take one moment to pause before reacting.
Instead of saying out loud or in your head, “Why aren’t you like…,”
ask yourself:
“Am I seeing this person for who they really are or through the lens of my own expectations? What would help them feel loved as they are?”

Even just one pause can bring peace back into your home and open the door to real connection.

*Wishing everyone good eyesight to truly see the people in front of us and wisdom, to love them as they are...without any expectations.*❤️🤲🏻
