Salam Alaikum dear Brothers and Sisters, hope you all are feeling well.

Today about BLAMES AND MORAL JUDGMENTS. ⚡️

In every relationship, there will be moments of tension, misunderstanding, and pain. It’s part of the human journey. But when something goes wrong, our first instinct is often to blame, to point the finger, to defend ourselves, to make the other wrong so we can feel right or safe.

But here’s the truth:

Blame doesn’t solve the problem -it shifts the pain.
It creates power struggles, not peace.
When we blame, we stop listening.
We focus on winning the argument instead of understanding the heart. We turn into opponents.

What if, instead of pointing “Whose fault is this?”,
we asked:
“What is this pain trying to teach us?”
“How can we heal, together?”

Dear brothers, when you feel blamed, you may want to shut down or walk away.
Dear sisters, when you feel unheard, you may want to raise your voice.
But behind both reactions is the same need: to be seen, to be safe, to be loved.

Let’s remember: You are not enemies. You are teammates.‼️

Blame builds walls, but understanding builds bridges.

And especially don’t use against each other the secrets, weaknesses, or private words that were shared in trust.
When a husband or wife opens their heart, it’s a gift.
*To throw those words back in anger is to wound the very soul that trusted you.*‼️

Protect each other’s hearts, especially in moments of conflict.
*Speak with love, even when it’s hard.*❤️
*Honor the bond, even when emotions are high.*❤️

Also remember:
👉 No one needs to hear moral judgments or be reminded of how bad they are as a husband, wife, mother, or father.
Criticism and shame close hearts.
What we all need is the strength to say:
”Let’s find a solution together.”
“You’re not alone. We’re still on the same side.”

And most importantly - don’t be afraid. Not of honesty. Not of tears. Not of change.
Because facing things together is always better than fighting alone.

❤️So protect each other’s hearts, especially in moments of conflict.
❤️Speak with love, even when it’s hard.
❤️Honor the bond, even when emotions are high.

So today, I invite each of you to take a quiet moment with your spouse and ask:

🕊️ “How do you feel when I blame you?”
🕊️ “How do my words affect you when I speak in anger?”
🕊️ “What would help you feel safer, more supported, more loved when we disagree?”

💭 If you’re not currently in a relationship, take time to ask yourself:
🕊️ “How did I feel when I was blamed or spoken to harshly?”
🕊️ “How have I used words in the past -to heal or to hurt?”
🕊️ “What kind of communication do I want to build in my future relationship?”

Let this be a day of deeper connection, not correction.
Let’s grow together.

Wishing everyone wisdom, peace and empathy. 🤲🏻💛
