Salam Alaikum sisters🌸 How are you feeling today?
Today about:
How Much Are You Worth?
Do you often reflect on your true value?
Do you know how to give and receive?
And when you do receive, do you know how to express gratitude?
In life, we only have as much as we believe we’re worth. Knowing your worth is a crucial foundation, affecting not just financial resources but also emotional and physical well-being. When a woman undervalues herself, the body quickly reacts: issues with the spine, hands, liver, and reproductive organs tend to surface. And those around you will mirror exactly how you perceive yourself.
It’s easy to check if a woman truly knows her worth. You can ask yourself:
• How often do I neglect my own desires?
• How often do I treat myself without guilt?
• Can I clearly set boundaries for my body and personal space?
• Am I satisfied with my current financial situation?
• Do the people around me affirm my value in a positive way?
• Do my colleagues appreciate me?
• Do I value my own time, work, and rest?
• Can I accept compliments without downplaying them?
• Can I receive gifts without feeling indebted?
• Do I feel good about my appearance?
• Do I constantly compare myself to others?
• Am I content with who I am, from head to toe?
• In my relationship, do I feel like a graceful swan or an awkward duckling?
These questions reveal a lot about how you perceive your worth. As much as you value yourself, so will the world around you. If you don’t know how to receive, no one will give you anything. If you feel indebted for every sincere gift, you’re sending a message to the world: “I’m not worthy.” “Not worthy” of gifts, compliments, respectful behaviour, love, a decent salary, or the chance to live the way you want.
This often stems from our roots—the way those closest to us treated us in our childhood. But as time passes, little girls grow up, and outdated models of low self-worth need to be replaced with positive examples of success and self-love. I encourage you to start valuing yourself a little more each day. You won’t change everything overnight if this has been your reality for decades—that would be naive. But drawing a red line in your mind, signaling that you won’t return to those diminishing situations and beliefs, is a step you must take once and for all.
I’ve seen many wonderful examples of how a woman’s eyes, health, surroundings, and finances transform once she starts genuinely valuing herself, regardless of what others may think, say, or do.
So, how much are you worth?❤️
P.S. Also focus on yourself for yourself only. Focus on improving not proving to others.
