The picture above is from Body Worlds Museum in Amsterdam. I highly recommend to visit such museum.
As a medical professional, I found it very informative for the public. Not only because the exhibits use real plastinated human bodies, but also because of how they are presented -through themes of human flaws, habits, health, and behavior. It is deeply educational.
Understanding how the human body and mind function helps us understand ourselves better.
And knowing yourself is a key part of personal growth and self-development.
Be curious about how you function -physically, emotionally, and psychologically.
And extend that same curiosity and acceptance to your spouse.
Self-awareness leads to empathy, and empathy strengthens relationships.
Dear brothers and sisters, when we learn to understand ourselves, it becomes easier to accept others as they are.
