We for You | Daily Reflection | *by Maryam* ❤️

Salam Alaikum dear sisters, 🌸
I hope you are feeling well today.

Thank you for all your messages here on the group. Many of you shared your struggles and questions with me personally during the weekend , Jazakalah khair for your trust. Recently, one sister asked me about collagen, whether we should use it. InshaAllah, I will share about it soon.

But today, I want to remind you of the beauty and power that already lives within you: YOUR FEMININITY.

Femininity is not weakness like many understanding, it’s not beautiful dress, make up or pedicure, it is a gift, a key to happiness, love, success, health, wealth, and inner peace. Exactly what many women are searching and trying to find. Allah SWT created you as a woman for a purpose, and within that purpose lies wisdom.
The truth is, everything we are searching for is already inside us.
And it’s not just beautiful words or promises of the gurus, it is the reality Allah SWT created within us.
Too often, we try to prove our strength by doing more, pushing harder, and seeking validation. But the truth is: a woman’s energy has the power to attract with ease and I have experienced this myself. When we nurture our inner energy, we don’t need to struggle -blessings come naturally. Also we can stop blessings too.
I know it may sound simple, almost like advertising on the media, but 8 years ago, I would not have understood this myself. Back then, I was always the doer, the pusher, the organizer, relying only on logic, carrying everything and everyone on my shoulders and even pushing other people to perform. And the result? Exhaustion, unhappiness, emptiness, and constant stress, beside headaches, stomach pains and inflammations in the body.
Through the guidance of a few mentors, I slowly began to understand my inner energy and how to care for it. I realized that I don’t need to prove my worth through endless effort- I only need to realign with what Allah SWT has already placed within me.
✨ And I learned an important truth: in order to gain something new, you must be willing to let go of what no longer serves you.
I started practicing it.

So dear sisters, if you, like me, are lacking and searching for something like tranquility, peace, health, energy, contentment, happiness and ease and the most important already feeling exhausted and drained, turn inward and start taking steps.

Thinking and talking about changes it’s not enough.

Here are some of the things I stopped doing in order to protect my energy and live in softness and abundance. I am still learning and letting go many things, but each step brings me more peace and energy:

• I stopped proving my worth. I am already enough.
• I stopped explaining my boundaries -my energy speaks for itself. I learned to say NO.
• I stopped investing in efforts that were not genuine or aligned with me.
• I stopped overthinking my words and messages.
• I stopped feeling guilty about resting -rest is part of my rhythm.
• I stopped dressing to please others - I dress to please myself and Allah SWT. Clothing, make up, jewellery and everything else should give me comfort.
• I stopped living in survival mode -I allow myself to receive and relax. I even stopped writing on my CV that I can “work under pressure” because I finally noticed and admitted I can’t tolerate pressure and stress.
• I stopped expecting my children and husband to be exactly according to my imagination.
• I stopped justifying my softness and sensitivity - my sensitivity is my strength. I’m sensitive.
• I stopped feeling guilty if I didn’t do what others expected or if I did something they disliked -I learned to value my effort and good intentions.
• I stopped rushing -I chose to be present, here and now. Slow is my pace, and that is okay.
• I am no longer afraid to be alone or left behind -a fear I carried since childhood.

I am still learning about myself and letting go of fears. I want more alignment with my circadian rhythm, to find a personalized diet that nourishes me, and to keep growing. I’m continuously learning and enjoying changes. And thankful to all people who taught me many lessons and shared their experiences. I’m grateful to Allah SWT for these experiences, Alhamdulillah.
Each of these steps has already brought me closer to peace, joy, and alignment with who I truly am.

✨ Dear sisters, which of these things do you feel called to embrace in your own life today?
