Talbina is sunnah, it’s said good for grief, sadness, helping to recover.
From my medical knowledge barley cleaning bowels very well because it’s having fibre. And probably you heard that our gut is second brains. So everything is connected and proper matching.
So I’m encouraging you to cook Talbina regularly for breakfast for whole family minimum 3 -4 times per week.
When you start eating regularly you will have no problem with constipation, or bowels.
If you see yellow things on the stool after emptying bowels it’s a good sign, so don’t be scared. Means your bowels cleaning very well.

Rare, but some people can’t digest barley. So if you not knowing you can digest or not just cook and feel yourself/ your body.

I’m using half water and half cashew nuts milk 🥛 for cooking Talbina. Usual cows milk you can substitute with plant based milk, just read the labels that it would be without additives or make it at home.

Im adding seed crunch and dates, nuts, honey, hempseed or agave syrup. You can use dates syrup too.

Everything what is natural is the best for our health❤️
