We for You | Daily Reflection | *by Maryam* ❤️
Salam Alaikum dear sisters 🌸,
I hope you are feeling well today.
Some sisters texted me privately yesterday after I shared their messages.
They asked:
What if the person hurting me is narcissistic or abusive? How can I not blame him when it’s a fact!
And how can I have sabr if my mother-in-law keeps mocking me? How can I bear it when I am not doing anything wrong to her?
And these are real, very painful, and extremely common questions. 💔And many of you know I shared similar questions before.
When someone harms you, the blame is theirs.
Abuse, manipulation, cruelty, blaming, mocking ect all of that is zulm (injustice), and Allah is Al-‘Adl, The Most Just.
They are responsible for what they do.❗️YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT YOU DO about it.
Remember, dear sisters,
you don’t need to curse such people, wish them bad, blame, or try to punish them.
Trust that Allah SWT punishes the wrongdoers in many ways -in this world and in the Hereafter.
Your task is not revenge, but to protect your peace and keep your heart connected to Allah SWT.
We all are lessons for each other.
And, dear sisters, even in that pain, you are still the axis of your life.
*That means that while you cannot change what they do or say, you can choose what you do now.*❗️
After recognizing the truth, yes, they hurt me, you can gently ask yourself:
🌿 How did I end up in this situation? What this teaches me?
🌿 Why did I stay so long?
🌿 What can I learn so I never lose myself like that again?
This is not self-blame -it’s self-awareness.
It’s how you begin to take your power back.
When you say, “She destroyed me,” your focus stays on her.
When you say, “She hurt me, but I choose to rebuild,” your focus returns to you -to your healing, your growth, your connection with Allah SWT.
*Taking responsibility does not mean accepting injustice.*‼️
*It means no longer allowing the one who hurt you to control your peace, your energy, or your future.*‼️
You can acknowledge the pain and rise above it.
You can seek help, set boundaries, and protect your heart -that, too, is self-responsibility.
“And whoever relies upon Allah – then He is sufficient for him.”
(Surah At-Talaq, 65:3)
I understand it can be very hard to face these challenges alone.
We were talking about this recently in our Sunday classes -sisters shared their own experiences, and we are all learning from one another.
Many sisters have started to apply these reflections in their daily lives and are already seeing beautiful, positive changes, more peace, more clarity, more inner strength, Mashallah.🌸
Remember, everything becomes easier when you are not dealing alone.
Healing, growth, and change all happen faster when you have support and a safe space to learn together.
For those who are still thinking about joining the classes -more information will be shared soon, InshaAllah .
But these classes are a commitment you make to yourself, to your heart and your growth. Coming just once or occasionally won’t help as much- the real transformation comes through continuation and consistency.
Everything you do in life -do it for Allah SWT and for yourself first.
Allah SWT created women to live in harmony:
🌸 In harmony with themselves,
🌸 In harmony with others,
🌸 And most importantly, in harmony with Allah SWT.
When a woman returns to that balance within herself, between patience and strength, between softness and wisdom, her whole life begins to change.
The easiest way to do that is by reconnecting with your femininity. You become more peaceful not because life is easy, but because your heart is aligned with your femininity and your Creator.
Wishing everyone the courage to go forward and choose what brings them closer to peace, growth, and Allah SWT.❤️
