One of the simplest things you can do today is imagine a hula hoop gently circling around your waist while you’re cooking, cleaning, or standing in the kitchen. Let your body sway, shift weight from one leg to the other, rotate your hips, and keep yourself moving naturally. It doesn’t have to be exercise- it is simply movement.

And for those of you with small children, you’ve probably noticed that they never stay in one position for long. They squat, crawl, stretch, reach, sit on the floor, stand up again, dance, run, and explore. Their bodies are constantly changing positions, and there is wisdom in that.

I’m not encouraging perfection or endless activity. I’m simply encouraging you to change position more often. The body loves variety. Sit, stand, walk, stretch, squat, reach, sway, move. And remember the healthiest position isn’t one perfect posture - it’s the next posture. 💛
