Salam Alaikum, dear sisters.🌸
I hope you are all feeling well and peaceful today.
I also hope you’ve taken a moment to observe your thoughts.
I’d like to gently encourage each of you to share your voice in the poll — your opinion matters, and your input helps us grow together as a group.
Thank you to those who have already participated.
Many of you have previously enjoyed our games and reflection activities, and based on your positive feedback, I’ve decided to include more psychological tasks and family-friendly exercises in my messages.
From time to time, I use metaphorical associative cards in my personal consulting work. Some sisters have already tried them and loved the experience. So I’ve decided to share a mini version with you every Friday.
Friday is a beautiful day for reflection and spiritual renewal.
I have several sets of these cards, which are used by psychologists, counselors, and educators across all age groups. They offer many meaningful benefits — from discovering inner strengths and increasing self-awareness, to calming the mind, inspiring the heart, strengthening emotional bonds within families and groups, and supporting emotional growth at every stage of life.
My goal is simple:
To help you understand yourself more deeply and gently.
So, every Friday, I’ll pick 3 random cards from the deck and share them face down.
You’ll choose the one you feel drawn to — and I’ll give you a reflection question for that day.
Today, we begin with the Habitat cards — a set of 88 illustrated scenes by naturalist Christian Gronau, each depicting Earth’s natural environments.
Some are documentary, others mythical; some serious, others playful.
The word Habitat comes from Latin, meaning “he, she, or it resides.” These cards don’t give answers — instead, they invite us to reflect, explore connections, and recognize how deeply everything is interwoven.
So today, I’m sharing 8 open cards. See above this message 👆🏻
Look carefully at the pictures and choose 1 that speaks to you most.
Then, reflect on these questions:
1. Which of these cards reflects your inner emotional state the most — and why?
2. What would you like to change, add, or remove in that image to shift or improve your current state?
3. What resources would you need to make that change?
4. Where do you currently see those resources — within yourself or around you?
Try to feel the answers not just with your mind, but with your heart. Sometimes one image can reveal what words cannot.
As you all may be in different emotional states — and some of you may be going through challenges in your relationships — please know that you’re not alone.
If you’d like to talk more deeply or personally, just message me anytime. I’m here for you.
Others who feel comfortable can openly share their reflections here in the group — *your words may inspire or support someone else too.*❤️
Looking forward to your insights, inshaAllah.
Have a blessed and peaceful Friday.❤️
