Salam Alaikum dear sisters,
hope you all are feeling well. 🌸

Have you ever noticed what happens when we ferment vegetables?

You don’t rush the process.
You don’t stir constantly or open the jar every five minutes.
You simply create the right environment - then allow time, stillness, and natural transformation to do the work.

✨ The same is true for your emotional healing and psychological growth.

Inside each of us are emotions and experiences that need gentle space to settle, shift, and release their deeper flavor.
Pain, memories, patterns from childhood or past relationships they can’t be “fixed” overnight.
But when we stop trying to control the outcome and instead allow ourselves to feel, reflect, and soften healing starts to ferment.

Just like vegetables release their sourness before becoming nourishing…
Our hearts often release what’s bitter before they can feel light again.

💭 So if you feel stuck or slow on your inner journey, remember:
It’s not about speed.
It’s about the conditions you create for healing.

A bit of stillness.
A bit of softness.
And trust that your soul knows how to transform just like nature does.

💭 Even one sincere insight, one loving action, or one inner shift can begin to change everything.

And for those of you supporting your health naturally while healing emotionally, I’m sharing this simple, nourishing recipe rich in natural probiotics and vitamins, made with love. It’s a powerful addition to a healthy diet:

*Fermented Mixed Vegetables*🌶️🫑🧄🥕

A natural probiotic to support your body, digestion, and emotional balance.

🌿 Ingredients:
• 1 head of turnip
• 3–4 carrots
• 3–4 beets
• ½ head of white cabbage
• 4–5 bay leaves
• 1 tsp allspice
• 1 tsp coriander seeds
• 3–4 small hot chili peppers
• 4–5 garlic cloves

🧂 Brine:
• 1 liter of boiled, lukewarm water
• 1 tablespoon of salt

🫙 Instructions:
1. Wash and chop all vegetables into slices or chunks.
2. Layer them tightly in a clean glass jar, adding spices between the layers.
3. Dissolve the salt in boiled, lukewarm water (not hot!) -this is your brine.
4. Pour the brine over the vegetables until fully covered.
5. Place something heavy (like a small clean jar or a fermentation weight) on top of the vegetables to keep them submerged in the brine.
6. Leave the jar at room temperature for 2–3 days. Keep a plate or tray underneath in case of overflow.
7. After 2–3 days, transfer the jar to the fridge to slow fermentation.

Let it continue developing flavor and enjoy small servings with meals to support your gut and overall health. 🌿

*May this nourish not only your body, but also your peace, patience, and presence.*❤️
