Salam Alaikum dear sisters,🌸
I hope you all had a beautiful Eid and Ramadan brought peace to your hearts.

From now on, I’ll be sharing messages here more regularly, and I’m happy to let you know that a new class of self development and parenting will be starting this Sunday at 5 PM. If you’re interested or know someone who might benefit, feel free to message me or share with friends.

Today about CONTROL

How many of you have ever felt the urge to control something?
*Maybe time*— rushing to an important event…
Maybe your body — trying to hold it together during an emotional moment…
*Or even other people*— their decisions, feelings, health, or actions.

Control often feels like a survival strategy, but it can take a toll — on both the one who tries to control and the one being controlled. It creates tension in the body, anxiety in the mind, and emotional disconnection.

Think for a moment:
Have you ever felt someone trying to control you?
Did your body tense up? Did it feel heavy or unpleasant? That reaction speaks volumes.

The truth is, when control becomes a lifestyle, the person constantly feels pressure — to be perfect, to stay ahead, to not make mistakes.
Eventually, this can lead to chronic stress, high blood pressure, headaches, muscle tension, or even burnout.

The joy of life gets lost in the fear of “what if…”

People who overly control often lose connection with their emotions and their bodies.
They live in their head, trying to predict every outcome — not because they’re bad people, but because deep down, they don’t feel safe.
There’s a subconscious belief: “If I don’t control everything, something terrible will happen.”

But real peace comes from letting go — not of responsibility, but of the illusion that we can manage every detail of life.

Learn to trust. To adapt. To allow room for surprise, mistakes, and growth. Don’t do Allah’s SWT job I’m always saying.

Ask yourself gently: Where does this anxiety come from? What wound am I still carrying?

May we all learn to be flexible, free, and deeply alive — in our minds, our hearts, and our bodies.
With love and du’a for all of you.🤲🏻
Let’s keep growing together.🤗❤️
