CONCLUSION
Salam Alaikum sisters. I wanted to make only a conclusion about all these 12 pictures today, but decided also to thank everyone, and wish to you all a nice start for next year.
So first, THANK YOU FOR EVERYONE 🌸who is in this group, wanting and seeking changes in themselves and in relation with kids.
Thank you for reading messages, sharing information and applying into your life❤️. My prayers and Salam to all your families.
I won’t post any more information till the New Year and encouraging everyone less to engage with information from outside, focus only on yourself and your families. More pray, more contemplate, rethink your life. Wishing everyone to discover true yourself and grow together with your kids.
Now about these all pictures I posted 12 days in a row. I hope it helped you to rethink and see yourself, your kids, spouses and other people from the different perspective, maybe with more empathy, more understanding, maybe you felt sad or angry… It’s very difficult not to blame parents or environment, but obviously that these life experiences leaded us to the point where we are now. You are not accidentally here, you are searching for yourself and seeking changes in your life and Allah SWT guiding you to the best path to upgrade yourself and grow up.
As a personalities we already formated and as you noticed from these pictures our personality traits were shaped in our childhood.
Genes determine our basic brain architecture, but experience actually shapes that basic architecture into the unique configuration that makes us individuals, and this experience for a child begins from the foetus stage from the relation with parents or guardians.
Throughout pregnancy, birth, and the varied experiences growing up we faced traumatic events and often parent’s and society’s conditioning leaded us to suppress certain emotions, considering them unacceptable: "It's wrong to be angry”, "Don't be selfish , share your toys," or "You mustn't express certain feelings." Shames, blames, quiltiness and these all societal expectations compel us to hide parts of ourselves and our personality fragmented.
We decided to push away authenticity, hide our true feelings and emotions ( because you MUST be “a good boy or girl”) and wear masks to protect ourselves. That’s why NOW most of an adults feeling empty or disconnected, lonelly, unsafe, having internal conflicts and can’t decide…
My question to you all: how often you are feeling that inside fighting 2 different parts? One of your part saying do that, another don’t do that, and you regretting of doing something.
So this inner conflict arises because we've become divided within ourselves. It feels like we're two different personalities, when in truth, we've split off a rejected part of ourselves.
We all carry within us an inner child that craves understanding and healing, despite the layers of experience and growth we accumulated over the time.
So here is an answer for everyone, who still shouting and slapping kids and don’t want to do that, but still doing it.
Recognising these pushed away parts and this child within is the first step towards personal growth.
TO ACHIEVE THIS , we must explore our emotions, listen to our bodies—every part senses something—and be attentive.
To live fully, we must embrace and love every aspect of ourselves. Self-love isn't about only relaxation in bath, gym or spa; it's about accepting the parts of us that felt frustrated, angry, dissatisfied, or broken.
Our children often serve as mirrors, reflecting and making us to turn to ourselves and ask questions: What am I feeling? Where it’s coming from? How do I know that?
These simple questions helping for self-discovery. It's a continuous journey of understanding our emotional triggers and learning to regulate our responses. Healing our inner child's wounds isn't a mere desire—it's a call to action, a conscious effort to address deep-seated traumas and nurture self-awareness.
Good news that the parts of our personality that were left behind in our childhood can be reintegrated by reconnecting with ourselves and embracing authenticity. It’s not easy, and sometimes it’s very difficult, it needs therapies and techniques. But I’m encouraging everyone - don't wait for someone to fulfil your desires or treat you the way you want. Take responsibility and grant yourself what you've long needed: attention, love, and compassion. Understand yourself, be in tune with your body, thoughts, desires, and emotions. Embrace happiness, jump in puddles, climb a tree—be yourself, and engage with people who complement your authentic self. Explore, learn, breathe deeply, and live life fully.
2 questions what usually people asking and I said I’ll share:
1. Can I change and heal and join my all split parts in one by knowing all this information?
I can answer from my own experience: no, by just knowing all this you can’t heal, you need to do steps and take actions. And changes will happen with Allah’s help Inshallah.
2. Can I change other adults?
Yes and NO. When you integrate your split personality parts, become more aware of your emotions etc, other people around will change.
But no, if you want just to change other people around you. Everything depends on them: are they ready to hear information, willing to turn to themselves and change by themselves.
