Salam Alaikum sisters. 🌸 How are you feeling today? ( I hope you remember what words to answer😊).
As I’m holistically consulting people I’m using questions or giving people to fill their daily schedule to see their life pattern.
Daily routine and tasks influencing our health and general wellbeing and wellness.
So today I would like to share with you all information ABOUT OUR BODIES AND HORMONES.
The body and our emotions are controlled by large amounts of hormones that are constantly produced, so sometimes it is enough to simply go to bed and get up on time to greatly improve our well-being. So only by adjusting persons daily regime, a person seems "magically" begin to improve.
04:00-06:00 "hormone of happiness" - serotonin is produced
06:00 - cortisol (stress hormone) rises after six in the morning
At 06:00-07:00, it is recommended to drink a glass of water, which will help wash away accumulated stress from the adrenal glands.
After 7:00, melatonin (a natural sleep hormone) is no longer secreted, so even dreams, no matter how sweet they are, will not bring the desired benefit.
08:00-10:00 steroids (sex hormones) wake up, so it's a great time for exercise and movement in every sense.
From 10:00 to 14:00, neurohormones that influence mental activity are involved in work, so it is ideal to study, work, discuss contracts, and think actively at this time. At 14:00-16:00, the growth hormone HGH is activated, so it's not surprising that you want to take a nap at this time, maybe that's why afternoon naps were introduced in kindergartens. Well, grown-up women really know about the afternoon-beauty sleep, so 15-20 minutes of daily nap will really help to grow and beautify...
16:00-17:00 move easily and cheerfully.
At 17:00-20:00, cortisol starts to decrease, so it is highly recommended, for example, to take a light walk in the fresh air. Fresh air and productive breathing are very important these hours.
At 21:00, melatonin (sleep hormone) begins to be produced and at this time the body prepares for sleep.
Endorphins (hormones that reduce pain and stress) start their working hours at 22:00, so it is very important to go to sleep at this time, because it is the first aid for your nervous system and the whole body.
From 22:00 to 04:00 am, there is a complete overload of the emotional and physical body: the head rests, the body recovers.
Most of the hormones not written above and even those what written sometimes "turn on" according to the current situations and reactions, but these are essential hormones for which it is very important to observe the daily regime.
So I’m sending template where you all can fill YOUR OWN CASUAL/USUAL ROUTINE. And then compare with information above. Some of you needs big changes, some of you small corrections in daily routine, know one thing- everything is possible to change even if you raising small kids ( I’ll be talking about that more Inshallah).
Btw compared all information with Islamic teachings and it will make you more understanding why recomended to have a nap in the afternoon or wake up for Fajir.
Stay healthy, bright and very happy 😘
P.S. Tomorrow I’ll continue InshaAllah about what we heard in childhood and what actually life showed 😊 So it’s all about what phrases and words we heard in childhood and how it influenced our subconscious and life.
