Also I want to teach you something simple and powerful: behind most emotions and feelings, there is fear. To notice that you need to learn to be here and now. Basically it’s mindfulness.
Keep that in mind when you start overthinking , or your husband shouting, your child is sad, if someone is depressed ect.
If you start recognising that behind most reactions is fear, you’ll begin to truly understand others and yourself.
EXAMPLE:
When you and your husband are shouting at each other, it’s not just anger. It’s fear.
Fear of not being heard, losing power, respect, or your sense of self.
You both want to feel safe, seen, and valued.
So next time, PAUSE and ask:
👉 “What am I afraid of right now?”
👉 “What might he be afraid of?”
👉 “What do we both really need to feel safe?”
This simple shift can change everything.
From reaction → to connection.
From fear → to understanding.
