We for You | Daily Reflection | *by Maryam* ❤️
Salam Alaikum dear Brothers and Sisters, I hope you are all feeling well.
A warm welcome a new member in our group. May we grow and learn together.
As Ramadan 🌙 begins, let us remember that it is a blessed month of spiritual growth, self-reflection, and strengthening not only our connection with Allah SWT, but also with each other.
In marriage, anger or heavy emotions are a natural part of life. We are human, and we all experience moments of stress, frustration, or misunderstanding. But Ramadan teaches us emotional intelligence and gentleness.
If tension rises during Ramadan, just remember the simple and powerful words:
“I am fasting.”
The Prophet pbuh taught that when someone feels anger while fasting, they should say they are fasting as a reminder- not just to others, but to themselves.
It creates pause, awareness, and self-control. It turns reaction into reflection.
This month is an opportunity to practice patience, soften our tone, manage our emotions, and respond with mercy instead of impulse. These small conscious choices build stronger hearts and stronger marriages.
Wishing everyone the strength to take responsibility for themselves and grow consciously.
May Allah SWT fill your homes with sakinah (peace), barakah (blessings), and understanding. May your fasts be accepted and your bond grow deeper this Ramadan. 🤲🏻
Ramadan Mubarak to you all and your families. 🌙✨
