We For You

Mental & Emotional Wellbeing

Steadier days, a calmer mind, and someone to talk to when that is the right next step.

Notice how you are with a private check-in, read something practical, learn Mental Health First Aid, or arrange a counselling appointment. Nothing here is a test or a diagnosis, and nothing you write is shared.

This is not an emergency or medical service. If you need urgent help, contact emergency services on 999, call NHS 111, or call Samaritans free on 116 123 at any hour.

Self-help you can start today

Small, repeatable things — sleep, movement, a short breathing practice, writing one sentence about your day. None of it replaces professional support, and all of it helps a little.

Emotional letting go

Gentle exercises can help you notice, name and release what you are carrying without dismissing difficult feelings. Take your time, and seek professional support when you need it.

Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aiders are trained to listen, to offer immediate support and to help someone reach the right service. They are not therapists and do not provide therapy or diagnosis. Courses sit in Learn, and volunteering opportunities in Get Involved.

Counselling

One-to-one paid counselling with a counsellor whose membership of their professional body we have verified. You choose the person, the method and the time through the usual booking process.

Your private mood check-in

A quiet moment to notice how you are. Signed-in members can keep a private history; nothing is stored for visitors.
