Salam Alaikum dear sisters. 🌸
Hope you all are feeling well this Friday.

And I hope you took action yesterday and decluttered one space.
If you didn’t, it’s ok. But don’t fool yourself into thinking you’ll “catch up” by piling it all tasks on the weekend or later. It doesn’t work like that.
If you skipped it, that says something about you, and if you did it, it says as well.
And if you doing it step by step, you’re the one who benefits. Not me. Not anyone else. You.
And I’ll repeat: we don’t need more theories, we already know so much. What we need is action.

Today is Day 5 of our emotional detox plan : Write 10 Things You Love About Yourself

Too often, we measure our worth by how much we give, how much we do, or how much we’re needed. But what about simply loving who you are without needing to earn it?

Also we’re so quick to see what’s wrong with us, to pick ourselves apart, or compare ourselves to others. But when was the last time you celebrated what’s right about you?
Our internal critic is usually internal voice of other people our mother’s, father’s, teachers, grandmothers ect.

Writing down 10 things you love about yourself helps you:

✨ Shift your focus from criticism to compassion

✨ Build confidence rooted in who you are, not just what you do

✨ Heal from years of self-doubt or negative self-talk

✨ Reconnect with your true identity, not who the world says you should be

✨ Show yourself the love you so freely give to others

It might feel awkward at first and that’s okay. Remember : The goal isn’t perfection, it’s connection. You’re learning to see yourself through the lens of love, not lack.

And let’s be honest: most people don’t like writing anymore.
But writing isn’t just a task - it’s a tool.

✍️ Writing connects both sides of your brain
🧠 It sharpens your thinking
🌱 It builds awareness
💡 It turns emotions into insight

And Remember: You are whole, worthy, and beautifully created by Allah (SWT). Learn to feel that truth deeply and consciously. 💛
