Salam Alaikum dear sisters.🌸
I pray you are feeling well today. 🤲🏻
We often imagine that psychological tools and tasks need to be something ‘wow’ or extraordinary. As a result, the simple things, the ones that are actually most powerful, get pushed aside.
By now, much emotional clearing has likely taken place. Day 23 is about anchoring into peace, building emotional resilience, and reconnecting with your values and your heart’s center. Today’s task is deeply rooted in spiritual grounding and the Islamic principles of inner peace (sakinah).
❤️ Day 23 Task: Choose a Dhikr as Your “Peace Anchor”
Task:
Select one short dhikr (remembrance of Allah SWT ) that brings you peace, and repeat it throughout your day, during stress, moments of pause, or reflection. Let it be your emotional and spiritual anchor.
Dhikr Options:
1. “Hasbiyallahu la ilaha illa Huwa”
“Allah is sufficient for me; there is no deity but Him.”
(Qur’an 9:129 – evokes trust and surrender)
2. “La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah”
“There is no power nor strength except with Allah.”
(Calms the heart when overwhelmed or burdened)
3. “Astaghfirullah”
“I seek forgiveness from Allah.”
(A gentle cleanser of guilt, worry, and emotional heaviness)
4. “Allahumma inni a’udhu bika min hammi wal huzn…”
“O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief…”
(From the Prophet ﷺ’s daily supplication, a shield for emotional protection).
I personally recommend to put it on your phone screen or a note on the fridge to remember and whisper it during daily tasks (walking, driving, folding laundry). Recite it in moments of emotional overwhelm or mental noise. You can use a tasbih or your fingers to repeat it 33 times or more. And let it be the final words on your lips before sleep, anchoring your heart in calm.
The simplest tools are simply the best. And you already know it. ❤️
