Shop Terms and Refunds

When you place an order, you offer to buy the items in your basket at the prices shown. A contract is formed when we confirm your payment has been received. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Digital resources are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use. You may download and keep your copies, but you may not share, resell, or redistribute the files or your download links.

Physical items are posted to the delivery address you give at checkout. We deliver to the United Kingdom (£3.95, usually 3–5 working days), Europe (£8.95, usually 5–7 working days) and a number of other countries (£12.95, usually 7–14 working days). The exact charge for your destination is shown before you pay. Posted items are sent by Royal Mail tracked services. International deliveries may be subject to customs charges in your country, which are your responsibility.

If we cannot fulfil your order — for example because an item is out of stock — we will tell you and refund you in full for anything we cannot supply.

Digital resources. When you buy a digital download, we ask for your consent to give you immediate access. By giving that consent you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download has been made available to you.

Physical items. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind. Contact us and we will arrange a refund once the item is returned in its original condition. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or incorrect items. If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, or a download will not open, contact us and we will replace it or refund you — this does not affect your statutory rights.

How refunds are approved. Refunds are reviewed and approved by our team. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
